The Campus Minister will be asked to fulfill the following components of campus ministry at our Pre-K through 12th grade Catholic School. 

(1) Mission: to make disciples of Jesus Christ out of each of our students;

(2) Vision: to intentionally engage in relational ministry with students, thereby leading them closer to Christ and His Church;

(3) Programs: to plan and execute the various programs of our campus ministry that lead us to fulfill the mission and vision for the school community.

This full-time position works closely with the administration to coordinate the overall faith experience at the school, including liturgical, service, music ministry and sports ministry programs. The successful candidate will plan, organize, and execute student retreat programs, coordinate the yearly faculty and staff retreat, plan school Masses, facilitate service programs, be technologically savvy, and fiscally adept and provide pastoral care for students and families as directed.  It is an added benefit although not necessary to be able to lead music.   

The candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent ministry experience and a willingness to teach some theology classes if needed. The candidate must be a practicing Catholic with a passion for and deep understanding of the richness of the Catholic faith. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and exceptional written and oral skills. The successful candidate should also have a collaborative approach when working with others. This is a full year position.
