IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR
Online enrollment for next school year is now available. You will use the PowerSchool Parent Portal to access the registration form for next school year.
To get started, please follow the steps below:
- Visit cardinalstritch.powerschool.com/public and log into your PowerSchool Parent Portal. From the Parent Portal:
- Select the student you wish to register along the top.
- Select the student registration icon on the bottom left side of the menu.
- Agree to the terms and conditions and answer the identity check question.
- Select Begin Forms.
- Please note that you will have to fill out a registration form for each of your students.
REMEMBER! You must still pay your registration fee to reserve your child’s seat. All financial information can be found on our website: cardinalstritch.org/finance.
IMPORTANT EDCHOICE INFORMATION
The EdChoice application period opens February 1. Please note that this year, the application period closes June 30.
For EdChoice RENEWAL families, you will need to turn in the following items:
- EdChoice Renewal application form
- Proof of Address: (including utility bill, lease/rental agreement, etc, MUST SHOW MATCHING SERVICE AND MAILING ADDRESS)
For NEW EdChoice applicants, you will need to turn in the following items:
- EdChoice Request form
- Proof of Address (including utility bill, lease/rental agreement, etc)
- Copy of your student’s birth certificate
ALL FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY BEFORE WE CAN ACCEPT THEM
